1. About Us
Helperoo is a platform that connects clients with independent service providers (cleaners and administrative helpers). We coordinate bookings, communication, and scheduling, but do not directly employ service providers.
2. Services
We provide coordination services to match clients with independent contractors. The actual service is delivered by the contractor.
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be paid in advance via the available payment methods. A booking is only confirmed once payment is received.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may not be refunded, as the time has been reserved and scheduled in advance.

5. Responsibility
Service providers are independent contractors. While we aim to provide reliable professionals, Helperoo is not liable for damages, losses, or issues caused during the service.
6. Replacements
If a cleaner is unavailable, we will attempt to provide a replacement.
7. Conduct
Clients agree to treat service providers respectfully and provide safe working conditions.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
